RBM Just for your info... I am a Canadian with an account at Royal Bank Action Direct. If you have a short account and a margin account Action Direct will allow you to short any stock. You have to have 200% margin available for stocks under $2.00. The problem with BB stocks is finding shares to borrow. Most times there are no shares to borrow on the BB's.
