often, i like to do a scan in metastock showing the performance during 1, 5, 10, 30, 60 day periods.

this allows me to gauge quickly which stocks have been moving (down or up)..

for this scan, i sorted them by 30 day performance. I wanted to see which stocks have risen or stayed flat with this mkt decline
