as a newly initiated guru... here's my first prediction :)

RNBO hits 22 before Feb. 1999, after they sign an OEM for CryptoSwift and people begin to realize that they aren't just in the dongle business. IMO, another catalyst would be a takeover in the net security hardware arena to put that 30 mil in cash to work. I wouldn't be surprised to see them go after a small private company with good product in VPNs. I think CryptoSwift would fit in well in one of those solutions and would give them a nice performance advantage of competitors as their encryption tech is far superior to other available solutions.

I think HP would a good candidate for their first OEM as they are already partners in HP's Virtual Vault (the leading commerce security software solution). Others might be Compaq or Sun since they are heavy in the net server market.

Who and when is tough to call, but i think it is possible within the next 6 months.

Even if none of these things work out, I think their software licensing and metering solutions will add some nice earnings, since the margins are a good 10%-20% higher than the dongle business.

Now i've been wrong before, but not very often ;)

Sorry for the RNBO post, but every once in a while, i revert back to my roots.. hehe... Besides, no one seems to have anything to say on that thread.

have a good day,

Enam
