Peepster, I did not take the time to try and total every single share up and no one will know the exact number of shares out until the end and all conversions have been done anyway. The 25 million was based on us having 21.5 million out now and I just added 3.5 million for additional options such as the ones in the Form 3 filings made today, it could be somewhat low but I doubt enough to made a significant difference. The 35 million number is DCI's current best estimate and would include all options being exercised, a few million one way or the other will make little difference in what we actually get.
