Everyone should vote NO These directors just don't give a damn about this company and why would you give them another f%#@*&% chance... Take your loss and get rid of all these f%$#@^& losers. I sure feel much better to see few less scamsters on VSE. See what had happened to Black Swan SH? They all got wiped out completely.
