Bryon, the language plainly limits the amount that can be owned, not how much can be issued. The S-3 allows for the original owners to sell their stake. You know who lent the money, you do not, and will not know who converts. I am not a beneficial owner when I cover a short. The language in the filings is plain and there for all to see. It is you who is confused. Barb
