When a MM files a 15c2-11 for a non-reporting company he is required to obtain financial statements for the issuer and any predecessor companies for two prior years. God, I hope they get that info. Then everyone can finally see the books to Summary and their computer sales, then Lumanet and their on-line shopping mall, then Riviera Casinos Inc and their riverboat gambling out of Florida, then ICVI and its convenience store deals, and last but not least MTEI's land deal and its very own books. I sure hope they can pry that info from John Christensen's grip. And audited you say. This will be good.
