ACCORDING TO COMPANY THE YAHOO GUY IS A FRIEND OF A FORMER OZON EMPLOYEE WHO WAS FIRED. THE COMPANY IS SEEKING FINANCING VIA CONVERTIBLE SECURITIES OR STRATGETIC INVESTMENT BY A GERMAN INDIVIDUAL OR MAJOR US COMPANY. IF NO PROGRESS BY FRIDAY THEY WILL CUT ALL NON-ESSENTIAL JOB POSITIONS IN ORDER TO HAVE ENOUGH CASH FOR THE NEXT 3-4 MONTHS. THE COMPANY HAS NO DEBT. ONE BIO-CHEMIST HAS LEFT TO GO BACK TO FLORIDA BUT HIS REPLACEMENT IS DUE IN SEPTEMBER.SALES FORCE IS STILL IN PLACE AS WELL AS ENGINEERING STAFF. IN SUMMARY, THE COMPANY IS NOT SHUTTING DOWN EVEN IF NO FINANCING OR ARE DELISTED ( ANSWER DUE IN 2 WEEKS ) FOR WHAT'S WORTH HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL TO SOMEONE
