Steve, <<Bottom line IMO is to keep yourself informed through a reliable comprensive news source, especially if you venture into chat room boards>> yeah, real oversight on my point. Couldn't agree more. WSJ and Barrons online (WSJ tends to be more bullish, Barrons more bearish - good markets and bad, IMO) are excellent. Also NYT, Washington Post often are good windows into developing sentiment ... not necessarily leading indicators. Message threads have lots of folks with limited information, who are also speaking their positions (long or short), and the good ones have a small number of really smart, insightful folks. Read all the links ... and filter those too. Peter
