Mr. Myers,

Thank you for your continued interest and support in Great White.
There is no catch to today's announcement. It is an all cash
transaction; no new stock is being issued and no debt is being
assumed.

The $300K purchase price is quite unbelievable and beneficial to
shareholders. This deal has been in negotiations for over three
months and I can assure you the initial purchase price was many, many
times higher.

The current owners, however, got themselves into a financial bind
with some other business dealings and needed a cash infusion.
Because they have focuses on the high-end of the market (Hatteras'
begin at $1.5 million and go up from there) they lacked the financial
resources to continue dealing with high-end products. Hence, what
Great White ended up paying for was the office location, existing
inventory (one yacht -- not a Hatteras), and dock slips. With Great
White's financial strength it should be able to increase demand for
high-end products while introducing all of its other products into
an area that did not have them before.

All in all it is a great deal for Great White and its shareholders.
We are very excited about this development and think it will
contribute significantly to future sales.

I hope this helps answer your questions and concerns. If you have
any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

J. Scott Sitra
