Okay...is it the finalizing of SOLLY and NETA that's taking the stock down or is it the lizards? From my 1-day chart, it looks like it's the merger announcement. (Or did someone sold off a huge chunk of stock today?) I didn't think it was that big a deal with the merger finalized. I would think that's a good thing because we can now get on with the next thing (which is probably YET another acquisition...) :-)
