BTW...I'd love some feedback on the following: As you may know, we often hold Special Session Chat Session on OUR chat site, yamner.com.
We've hosted sessions on Trading, Execution systems, Tax items, etc. I was thinking about hosting a session on the process involved in litigation regarding corporations, that is how to sue a company, the various claims you can bring, how it usually gets resolved, how to protect yourself. I know a few attorneys in this area that might be interested in hosting it.
Personally, I think its an offbeat issue, not directly involved with trading, but somenthing all traders/investors should know since there is recourse available for cerrtain acts.
What I am asking is, is this just the old-attorney in me or does anyone here think it might be valueable also? Please send me private messages or email at Steve@yamner.com if you have any suggestions. If it sounds good, we'll probably start putting something together.
