Vitas: Take a look at Edson's "Sign of the Bear". Then check the DJT chart. Also take a look at the OSX chart from November 1997. I remember a "Sign of the Bear" in the OSX at the turn of the year at around 100 and my thoughts for a low was in the 40s. Finally, take a look at the DJI chart considering the Sign of the Bear.
