Greg,

As you are already aware the $52M is an approximate book cost of the 50.1% of shares outstanding (not owned by institutions) at a price just under $3. I also agree with your other observations. Any major player entering the market would certainly increase the purchase cost of a share of stock. My comment was just an observation that majority ownership, at book, is not $200M. In fact, total purchase price, at book, is about $130M at today's prices on outstanding shares, assuming no premium or treasury stock, which I haven't. Fact is, I would love to see a premium. Heck, I would love to see $5.50 again!

Thanks for your informative reply.
