Art, I'm assuming that "Banca De G's" shares that they are selling comes from the conversion of the ACTV preferred into common. How else can ACTV get running money except by placing the preferreds or getting bank loans? - you're right the shares that Banca registered (divested?) on 8/11 did not go to ACTV.
