Pat: As you know, there is a shortage of Medical and Surgical Specialists in remote areas and an oversupply in the Metropolitan areas. To overcome this Quebec has been the first to set up a full broadband connection between the remote and urban centers. This enables the Specialist to do his examination remotely. The recent trials were centered on a Pediatric Specialist. Other specialists are now embracing the idea.

With the BC experience,this can be a captive market for NN. I hope they are in close contact with the Provincial Health bureaucrats and Medical Associations.
