Jon... What a surprise to see you on Silicon Investors after having left a message with your voice mail today. Hope, I didn't give you the impression I was panicking...just being prudent and curious as to the expected delivery of USTT's 10K... Looks like last years was filed around September 26th...so I'll be a bit more patient until then. I would like to know a few things though, if you don't mind answering some questions on the board.. 1.) Who is the stock transfer agent for USTT and how many shares are outstanding? 2.) Is Ernst and Young still the auditors for USTT and have they reissued or changed their "going concern" statement from last year's 10K? 3.) Is there any convertible securities outstanding whose owners benefit from a lower share price by receiving more shares when converted at a lower price...? There's a great article in Bloomberg magazine this month on doing research on SmallCap/Microcap companies... I encourage everyone interested in this segment of the market to read it... Also... I'm in the Menlo Park, CA area and am going to drop by the Stanford Park Hotel today to take a look at the MBE that is there according to the USA Tech website... Finally... not only am I not panicking, I used the decrease in price today to add more shares... I'm looking forward to profitability for USA Tech and when I decide to sell my shares....
