Denice,

The reason people use eom is to let people know that
there is no more text afterward. This way, when you're
scanning down on a thread, if you see a post that has
a short sentence and there is eom at the end, you don't
have to click on that post to bring it up to read it.

Understand? Maybe I didn't splain it good.
