Sam, what a difference a comment makes: "Seagate up on comments" Shares of Seagate Technology Inc. (SEG) jumped 10 percent after BancAmerica Robertson Stephens said the company may be heading for a recovery. Analyst Daniel Niles said he has seen encouraging signs in early August following slow business conditions in July, and he expects the hard disk drive industry will soon exhibit the recovery trends evident in computer and PC component sectors.
