I think that Bob's recent buy recommendation is meant for those with money earmarked for equities, but currently sitting in a money market account. In other words, if someone was trying to get some money into equities, now is a good time to stop dollar cost averaging and just invest it in a lump sum.

I don't think that Bob was recommending changing one's asset allocation to go more heavily into equities at the present time. Do you agree or disagree?
