I'd like to see the money loaned to WOTD/PF Charles returned - with interest, if applicable - ASAP. Yesterday, if not sooner. I'd like to see Jack go and Pat sued, but lets be realistic and pick our fights. Our #1 goal should be to make this shell as clean and attractive as possible to an honest suitor. Getting rid of Jack and going after Pat would involve legal fees, etc. which would be a distraction from the primary goal. I'm sure we all would like to get the money we put into this stock back, but a a split to undo the 300:1 reverse split would not really help. Thanks to Jack and Pat's "work", taking a milli-penny stock back up to the penny range would be as difficult as taking a 0.75 cent stock into the $10 - $15 range...which is what most of us probably need just to break even.

If the board gets our loaned money back, cleans up the shell, makes it a reporting concern again and starts looking for a legitimate buyer who'll bring *some* value to the shareholders, this is about all we can realistically ask and hope for right now.
