The stock was fraudulently promoted by newsletter writers and stock touts such as David Stewart. They spread false rumors about the company in order to artificially inflate the price. Management has also generated "fluff" press releases to give investors the false impression that the company has a "strategic relationship" with Microsoft, when in fact, the company paid Microsoft for the priviliege of being listed as a corporate partner.
