A 13-D was filed which clarifies the block trade on 8/4. A Mark Schoeppner through an entity called Quaker has acquired a 5.9% stake in the company...He acquired 212,500 (NASDAQ counts double for many transactions so it recorded as 425,000 on 8/4) on 8/4 at around $2.81/share adding to a previously accumulated position including about 75,000 shares that had been acquired in blocks of 10,000+ since June at an average cost of $3.45 or so. He appears to be based in that area. FYI
