Cossack, Good news came out for THQI before the bell and my oder to sell got executed before the bell also. I talked to the Datek Guys and they said that it is common on Nasdaq. If some MM is sitting looking for shares before the market starts, he can buy them. Is that legal, as per Nasdaq rules? You said, don't take that trade? How can I do that? The stock closed $ 2 higher than my sale price. Are they required to supply my shares back to me at the price I bought them at? How are these kind of problems normally handled? I would appreciate if anyone who has resolved this kind of thing with Datek could give me some pointers. Reagrds Arvinder
