George: Yes, we have been observing capitulation. Good riddance last generation of healthcare portfolio managers, welcome to those that step in and fill the gap. "Investors are realizing that the risk associated with most of these companies is much larger than previously thought." Translation..... "some people can pick biotechs, but I ain't one of them".
