Having more time to look at this Yousef, it seems to be the same old thing from Stockrumors.com, just with a new name in the buyer space. They have been wrong so far on 3Com buy out rumors twice...as they point out in your posting.

It would make sense from an Intel perspective, however, what would the DOJ do? My first thought is, they wouldn't give it the go ahead. It'd give them a dominate position in another market.

Maybe Stockrumors.com is just playing the stock move caused by their own rumor reporting.

Didn't 3Com just say recently that they are not for sale?

It'd make more sense for Intel to buy AWRE. <g>
