Just called Racom's IR..

They finally got around to sending me RCOM's prospectus yesterday.
Am I off here? RCOM comprises between 20 and 30 employees; all of whom are willing to work for less than $35,000 a year plus benefits as they will be millionaires soon anyway owing to the value of their shares in RCOM. I'll try not to sound too cynical. I really like the "idea" of Racom. Nevertheless, is there any core management? Happy, long term employees? If so GOOD! I don't want to invest in a company that turns over people like a Q-Lube Garage. Anyhow, RCOM is not capital intensive. RCOM does not actually manufacture the smart cards. Meaning it should not have any need for more money unless some or all of its employees are extortionists. RCOM has "too many" shares outstanding as it is. Recent changes are due to a need for portending growth and greatness. Or are they being made for the benefit of a few before the company fizzles or sells out? I'd like to know that RCOM is going to be a company that will be around for some time with a big write up in my IBD and not just a flash in the pan. With that said, I've no doubt shown up my ignorance again as to the real inner workings of the company and its plans for dominance. Will some please enlighten me? Where's Pat?

Sincerely,
Marty
