William H. Channell Jr., President and Chief Operating Officer, commented, "Channell's new fiber optic and heat shrink capabilities, both obtained with the Egerton acquisition, position Channell as a unique one- stop shop for telcom enclosures and connectors. Thought I would post the above comment made today while announcing their earnings for Q2. This company is positioning themselves to be in a win-win situation with any solution to the bandwidth/last mile problem. Sales rose substantially, but not earnings (yr. over yr.). They beat estimates, made by the only analyst following this company, by one penny. Symbol:CHNL Punch up a three year chart on this company and you can see it's a wild ride.
