Richard: I've heard all the one-liners already about how great the recovery process is supposed to be...the recovery process is proprietary, I can't discuss it, it can't be disclosed, I can't comment, people have to sign non-disclosure firms first, the recovery process works, it's a real breakthrough, Hewlett's done all this work, you heard what Kilborn said, we don't talk about the recovery process, etc.
IMO, all this talk about proprietary recovery process sounds more like wanting to keep it secret because if people knew what it was, everyone would determine it doesn't work, so we'll keep it a secret and hype the stock that way. But anyone who seriously wants to find out how the recovery process works can find out. Hell, if CIA cannot keep secrets, what makes the company think it can? We already know what leachant is used (and a lot of people in the biz question whether it's practical to use) and the so-called breakthrough is merely how you apply it to the ore. Secrecy is designed more to protect the stock price from going to zero than to help the stock price increase, IMO. |
