Also, with respect to the point Clo made about the CD-R companies not manufacturing devices that can duplicate HST protected disks. One concern I have is that some foreign countries have governments that are full-time software pirates (or support such operations). These people have both the money and the expertise to create such devices, and I suspect they would not shy away from using them to make millions (billions?) selling replicated disks that cost them next to nothing to create. While these people definitely do not fall into the "casual" pirate definition, it is my belief that are a large percentage of international piracy can be attributed to high-tech, big budget operations, especially in the low to mid end, high-volume software market.
