It's obvious you don't like this stock. Move on. Your one-sidedness ignores a few things.
1. Management issued a retraction immediately. That was the responsible thing to do even if they shouldn't have released the news in the first place.
2. The share price went DOWN yesterday the entire morning right after the news. It only went up later because of one buyer (yes Nutstoo, now up to 1.7 million shares). The news itself obviously was "irrelevant" as you clamored all morning yesterday since the price went down.
3. Colin has revealed to us his plans for expansion which look quite strategic and appropriate.
and 4. is what ACTUALLY happened which indicates that TGSK was mislead.

"Colin got call this afternoon from the silent third partner in the Marina, of whom he was assured by the other two partners was also in full aggreement on the deal. He was raising all type of hell saying he did not aggree to the deal and that he wanted a minimum of one million dollars. The managing partner who appeared by documentation had full say over the deal, had signed and deliverd to GW, two seperate documents. Not only signed the signed Definitive Aggrement, but also has a seperate letter authorizing Great White to make the press release.
He told the guy to Go to Hell and that within a few weeks, Great White would be opening up the next dock over. And that it wasn't a threat, but a promise that Great White would sink their operation. All negotiations are off, a press release would be out in a matter of minutes, and to be prepared to be sued by Great White, over the fraudulent letter, telling GW to put out a press release. "
Ron - I sincerely trust you are simply a skeptic. I don't believe you are short or malicious. But I still have to ask if you are just so doggoned skeptical, why don't you find another stock? Aren't there thousands to choose from? Anyway, take care.
