Well, let's hope the hunting is good. If it is true we could see an offer in the mid-teens IMO as the poison pill was adopted when the stock was somewhere in the area of $12 (if my memory serves me - I know it was definitely over $10). Anyhow, Mylex felt the company was undervalued at that point. Now that they've "bit the bullet" with the NP&L and staff reductions they certainly have made themselves more attractive (if anyone is looking).
