What are the requirement that one must meet to short stocks? Are there any online brokers that allow you to do so? What are some german banks with too much russia exposure? Rumor mill sayz that MOB is a good target for oil consolidations, your opin on that and other targets? Is the 13g or 13d sec filing the one you do when you own greater than 5% of company or is its something else (I see one filed for SANG by Dresdner Assoc.)? What the hell was I thinking when I betted on Russia, even Soros says that they should devalue? Where should I get my head examined?
