AMD is undergoing severe price pressure by Intel with Intel's CPUs

Paul,

As you are well aware, Intel has structured CPU pricing to be extremely dependent on clock speed. If AMD can yield 350-400 MHz parts this year, they will make a lot of money from them.

BTW: If it sounds like I am implying that Intel is manipulating CPU prices, then you are paying attention.
