Sergio, CMI....Yikes! Now I know why the stock is to depressed....hmmmmm More convertable debt then my little mind can count. Cash flow problems up the kazoooo. It takes this outfit an average of 300+ days to get paid for their services, and we won't even mention the fact that somehow the owner of one co. is the guy that doesn't pay CMI for nearly a year and he is the head dude of CMI....me thinks somethun stinks!! Ken
