Something tells me...
that the crisis in Russia is going to end real soon. The only question is whether the result will be improvement and stability or total chaos and default. I noticed VIP and ROS both crashed in the last part of the trading day on the ruble limit trading set by the central bank. Tomorrow should be real interesting. There is a U.S. official in Moscow for discussions about the financial situation. What happens is anyone's guess. My guess is that an unexpected and huge bailout is coming from the U.S., but I tend to be an optimist. The only other good things that could happen would be dramatically higher tax collection or a huge spike in oil prices due to OPEC or IRAQ.
