Just an observation.

I don't know if you have level II but if you do then you would have noticed that a maker named FRAN or Frankel was bullish on the bid all afternoon. Sometimes he was all by himself when the usual profit taking was taking place and the other makers started what appeared for them to bring the stock down. The maker was there buying all that the investors wished to sell. It is my opinion that this maker is there on behest of the company to accumulate. He was top bid most all day and outside ASK with a .18 ASK price. This is an accumulation posture and I believe this is how the company plans to buy the shares. I don't ever beleive that companies will buy stock at the ask. Most likely they will create an account with a freindly maker take stock on the bid price and sometimes the maker can be instructed to buy from other makers at negotiated prices. This is only my opinion and observation while the stock was trading this afternoon. I must say it was quite a show on the Level II screen. The makers did not know where to take this stock. Three times I watched them go down on the ASK side and then the Bid side. There was always a maker out bidding the other once this occured and investors kept buying even when they brought the ASK down as a head fake. I can't predict what will happen tomorrow but this stock traded an average of $800,000 dollars or more this trading day and I say that is very bullish for a crappy market that we're in right now.
