Dow +90 , pfe -2 , there is
no correlation today and that should concern everyone else.

your
point is well taken, B.

As long
as the mgmt. sits on its hands when Bloomberg prints every rumor and
possibility about what "might have" caused someone's misfortune to
their "Viagra" usage, the stock will continue to go nowhere. The only
way to combat "what ifs" is to specifically say how well their overall
business is doing despite the currency problems and put out some hard
numbers on what to expect the remainder of this year. A bold statement
to the press about the real world of their business will counteract
the b/s that perpetuates the airwaves.

the seeming complacency,
even cavalier non-involvment suggests one of two things:

1. management is collectively detached from the shareholder's plight...
either arrogance or naivete translates to inaction & the effect is the same as B has described.
or
2. management is collectively interested in keeping the price
down to best exploit options positions, either with or through the institutions who are holding large core positions.

am i wrong?
