Amigo Mike, all valid points on your post. Just wanted to respond to the part about the demand. The demand for the shares is there whenever large blocks come up for sale. The large blocks are always handled off market. That is a good indicator that there is interest in this stock.

The little guy, the guy that buys a few hundred shares is not interested in this stock just yet. He's waiting for the crowd to fight him for some shares. We're just in a bit early.

I am anxious to get the Equus solution public. I do hope that one is in the works and that there is a good plan. When ATPX is ready to divulge the details is when things will get truly interesting. Not much more to go Amigo.
