Thomas,

After reading every message on this thread and being very interested in your approach I've got a few questions regarding your technique.

I'm asking not as a criticism but because I want to learn how you're identifying specific trading candidates (actually, I think I've got this part) and then when to buy and sell (If you're willing to share..). I have been trying to accomplish the same thing but haven't gotten a system I feel comfortable with and I need to know the mechanics before I can trust it enough to trade.

I use a pc program (Metastock 6.5) and an end of day provider and have been able to construct the same graphs as those at timely.com and would like to be able to use this same program to construct my "system".

I noticed that you abandoned the MACD and am wondering what if anything you use other than the stochastic? I'm still learning TA and everything I've read says that you should use more than one indicator so that confirmation of signals can be made.

I've looked at the stochastic-14 and can't interpret it at all. I've read a few of your posts where you interpret the stoch for KO but I failed to see how you arrived at your interpretation. In this most recent post you refer to WMT, TWX, SPLS and HD and I've looked at the charts and don't see what triggered your "buy signal".

I've been reading threads on SI for months and this one of the few that I've found that I feel has something for me. Thanks for sharing!
