Troy, Thanks for pointing out my series 4 share price typo - (I can understand how that might have thrown you off). As you implied, the "typo" reference price was not used in my calculations. The correct price was. I went back and reviewed the numbers and all sums and totals appear to be correct, including the key $56,952,300 number.
