Rick, I have formulated a plan to save FastComm Communications. Since we have limited sales and earnings visibility, I think FastComm is a perfect candidate to become an internet company. First we'll change the name to "Fast.com", then we'll retain Merrill Lynch as lead underwriter for our secondary offering. Merrill Lynch will put a beautiful glossy picture of our WEB.router (Don't worry what a WEB.router does, nobody knows, we've never sold any) in the prospectus and price the secondary at 25. Fast.com will open at 50 minimum, maybe more. We'll hit the bid and head down to the islands for some sun and women. Sound good? Brad
