john, got a cold call today from some house in CT pushing TNCX as a small cap. of course my short detector went off.unfortunately the stock is ~ $3. not shortable yet. for kicks i took a quick peak at the 8k and s3 they did. am i mistaken or is the bottom of their convertible at $ 3? any chance you can take a quick look at this and tell me if its a floorless or not. this might be a short if it can get above $ 5. thanks instigator
