Not much to cheer about in the 10-K filing. The company faces being de-listed by NASDAQ because its share price has fallen below $1 per share. Perhaps some sort of research breakthrough can save the company from oblivion. I anticipate taking a tax loss on my stock in CNSI before they are de-listed in October.
