Yeah, curious William. Refereed to as <<acquired in-process research and development>> . Makes me think it was R&D work applying AXC patents to Micronet products before the deal was completed. Hate to say that derided word again, but KM? Aww but they would have surely said something by now if they were going to use it in a MicroNet RAID. Wouldn't they have? Still, I continue to strongly suspect there will be some sort of proprietary AXC tech in Micronet products - and the charge may relate to that R&D. Ed, we long term holders are sufficiently worn out and have been for some time...LOL....is another year really necessary? Surely we have both seen microcaps ( take a look at CAMP from July of '95 to January of '97 ) soar then crash in 18 months or so .....to degrees far beyond the AXC experience ...but then again it did base for a long time before it zoomed. So I do see your point. If exceptionlly positive developments take place on the product front - not predicting them but if they do - I think there may be a move beyond 2.75 in the next year.
