Thanks Keith- That was some valuable and encouraging information. Especialy the part about addind addition POP's. I would have a hard time selling a unit that incurs an additional cost of $5.40 per hour ( 800 # at .09 per minute). I hope they really come through on this. The OC3 connection is an extremely fast transport service. It actually is 100 times faster ( fiber based) than a T1 connection to the internet but then we are all limited to a 28.8 modem. At least there will be no bottlenecks getting to the Sun servers. Hopefully they will also start dropping in a 33.6 modem or even the 56k that is now available. Still would be nice to have a 586 dropped in so we would have one less question to answer for perspective clients. I would like to see the list of POP's ASAP if STNX is listening. Ski
