Bob: 1) Sorry, I can't answer your question about possible "activities"; I've promised confidentiality to too many people. Also there are very possibly activities I don't know about. 2) The conversion ratio for exchanging an LP unit for stock depends upon the stock price. Different people have converted at different prices. I have no knowledge of these prices or of the total amount of stock involved, but given the severely depressed GRNO stock price recently--a price that was by no means envisioned when the agreement was written--there is no question that there has been dilution taking place. My only suggestion regarding the extent of the dilution is to read the 10-Q's carefully. I will add that it is my guess that the partners who have converted are gambling that GRNO will recover in a big way and that they will make a substantial early profit from the rise in value of their stock, whereas the partners who have kept their units have done so because they own a physical asset that will retain substantial value even if GRNO goes bankrupt. But I am not privy to anyone's actual motives except, maybe, my own.
