Wow, a lot has happened!!

Since the last post, the price of this stock has hit the crapper......
I have seen some positive signs. The level has found support at .50 and trades up close to .70 on good days.

I have done well flipping this one but also have a positive long term outlook. The company has a solid base of maintenance contracts with their original customers and that alone is around 3-4 mil per year.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC bought 6 Million worth of support and systems last year and I hear that BC & BS of Virginia is also in talks with IMCX to do the same. The company has taken it in the shorts lately but looks like it is poised to be a target of a takeover or merger. Their capital for future R&D needs a refill, no doubt and wether a merge or diverge occurs is anyones guess. If you do the math, you will see that with assets and contracts for maintenance, this puppy is a steal at .70. I see this getting to .95. Still dips up and down so I will continue to go long and wait the two bagger.

Anybody have a thought on this?
