A quote from Msg 382 [author: 'baldheadedguy'] of the Yahoo NCDI message board: "This is true, Citrix did terminate their OEM relationship with NCD. Meaning that NCD can no longer sell Citrix's WinFrame product through it's channels. Customer's will now have to purchase WinFrame separately, and WinCenter connect from NCD. It's not as bad as it sounds, but they have to put it like that in the 10-Q report to be on the safe side."
