Going down again!

The bubble could be bursting. A while back I told the big Kahuna folks to stop waiting for it because it's already here. So far I haven't changed my mind.

Wall Street consensus of 12% growth in profits for next 5 years is classic bubble territory. Last 5 were 12% were because US was coming out of recesssion (profits fluctuate more over cycle than labor income). Even without Asia 12% can never be achieved. You don't need an interest rate rise for a serious correction.
